Protein ✓ (eggs). Scramble or sunny side up. We love it both ways! Add a bacon on the side for a little additional protein.
Health fat ✓ (avocado). To shake it up we’ll do an avocado salsa as well.
Carbs ✓ (bread). We love our farmers market sour dough bread.
